Had a spelling error on the card and had asked them to review it. They missed the error that I made as well and had already sent them out. I called and asked what could be done and without hesitation they sent me a new pack as they had also missed it. Great company, cards came out slightly better than expected so happy with them.
I have used Cardsdirect for several years. I initially used their artwork, but the last few cards I created I used my own photos. I really like being able to customize my cards. For the current card, there were problems. I had trouble cropping and centering the image. I started over twice. When the package arrived, the cards belonged to someone else. The staff was very helpful in making the correction, but the shipping error caused a delay in getting my greetings in the mail. And the image is still not what I had hoped for, but I guess I'm the only one who will know.
