My cards came to me with the image offset by about 1/8 of an inch from the bottom, so there is an ugly 1/8 inch white stripe and the fold cuts off the top 1/8 inch of the image. The image is exactly the right size (because I made it according to CardsDirect's own specs) but for some reason they printed 375 of them exactly the same wrong way -- shifted up 1/8 of an inch so there is a visible white space at the bottom and the top 1/8 is cut off (although visible on the back of the card after it is folded). This is such a stupid mistake because if any human being had looked at the job for half a second they would have seen the screwup. But instead the order shipped to me.
Thank you for your recent product review. We're sorry to hear that your cards were not the quality you expected. All of our cards do come with a 1/8" lip. The printer cuts the cards that way intentionally.
We have relied on this company over the years to make cards we designed look absolutely great. They will work with you and let you keep correcting proofs until you are happy. They will not let you order and print any job that is not perfect. The finished product can be expensive but is worth the cost for the quality and service you receive.
They are EXACTLY how i designed them! YOU GUYS ROCK!
We have used cards direct for many years to customize our Holiday cards. This year we need several additional cards . Cards Direct worked over the weekend and shipped them overnight to get them to us. Always a pleasure and will be using them again in 2025.
The color rendition on my card was so poor, I couldn?t send out holiday cards this year.
