The design process is easy, and the cards I order are always top notch.
The Company Holiday cards I ordered from CardsDirect were beautiful and I was really happy to send them out to celebrate our 30th anniversary. I loved that I was able to get a free sample to show my boss and make changes before getting another sample and then being confident to place the order. And the included addressed envelopes are a lovely touch because doing it yourself doesn't seem too tedious until you are actually doing it, lol! The cards I got were glossy and sturdy and the colors were vibrant and crisp. I have used CardsDirect in the past and then was doing DIY for a while but decided to go all out for the 30th anniversary of our company and it was really easy 😊and affordable for such great cards. And it is nice to pay one price and be able to put designs even on the back. The timeframe from designing to production to delivery was very reasonable so I really appreciated that. Thank you!
it is super easy to use the design tools. We designed our card in-house and simply dropped in the artwork. We placed our order on a Monday, it shipped on Tuesday, and arrived on Thursday!
PAST EXPERIENCE: We have been using CardsDirect for years for Christmas Cards and Fundraising Event invitations. The product is first-rate. In the very rare instances that there was a mistake, they are quick to fix it with no hassle. The production/shipping is quick, too. We've ordered quantities of 25 up to 3,500 and received them in about a week or 5 business days. We also do the pre-addressed envelopes, which makes our invitations look sharp. The one tiny issue with the pre-printed addresses is that they aren't in the list order when delivered - to be honest, I've never asked if they could be left in alpha order or zip order, etc. But overall, no complaints. MOST RECENT EXPERIENCE: Still good. Most recently, I had trouble placing my order online . I had tried for two days and was on a deadline. I emailed my CardsDirect rep John Lefler - love him! - and sent him the artwork, addresses, etc. He placed the order for me, and I got my order in a week. Thanks John!
My cards came to me with the image offset by about 1/8 of an inch from the bottom, so there is an ugly 1/8 inch white stripe and the fold cuts off the top 1/8 inch of the image. The image is exactly the right size (because I made it according to CardsDirect's own specs) but for some reason they printed 375 of them exactly the same wrong way -- shifted up 1/8 of an inch so there is a visible white space at the bottom and the top 1/8 is cut off (although visible on the back of the card after it is folded). This is such a stupid mistake because if any human being had looked at the job for half a second they would have seen the screwup. But instead the order shipped to me.
Thank you for your recent product review. We're sorry to hear that your cards were not the quality you expected. All of our cards do come with a 1/8" lip. The printer cuts the cards that way intentionally.
