This is the 4th year in a row we have ordered our cards from Cards Direct. There was an error in spelling on the card that the sales rep that helped me made. Unfortunately I did not see it before I approved the proof so it cost me to have them reprinted. I did approve it so it was on me but I had hoped that as an act of good will they would not charge me.
Otherwise this is a great company to deal with. Every time I call the person I speak with is friendly and professional.
