Custom printed orders generally take 1-4 business days printing and production time. Shipping time is additional and can take from 1-6 business days depending on the shipping method you choose. The best way to estimate your delivery date and shipping costs is to add an item to your cart and configure your shipping options. Estimated delivery dates do not include product upgrades including addressing services, special instructions, foil imprinting, PMS ink requests, artwork assistance and proof approvals. These items may require additional processing time.
Customers can order up to 3 free stock or custom samples on select products. Stock samples look identical to what is shown online and include default product options. Custom samples include your exact product selections including your selected size, paper stock and unique personalization. Use our editor to create exactly what you want, then add to cart. Most sample requests are delivered within 7 business days. Envelopes are not included with greeting card samples. Should you need more than three samples or if you require expedited shipping, contact our customer support team.
Yes. We offer addressing and mailing services on greeting card and postcard products.
Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada. Standard ground services are unavailable for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Orders to these areas will automatically be set to the most economical expedited air option.

Great looking card!

This card was just right....small, simple and tasteful. The quality was great, as usual, and the photos were printed with good color balance and looked identical to what was uploaded in terms of print quality. You can't go wrong with this card.

Best Surprise = No Surprise

After years of including photo collages with our store-bought Christmas cards, we made the leap and ordered cards from Cards Direct. I was pleased with the entire website experience (well, except that I never could find a "show folded cards only" option!) The cards themselves showed up quickly. They were packed extremely well, and the quality is as good as we'd hoped. Sometimes, these days, when things go according to plan, that's the best surprise of all. We'll be back!

Use this card when you want to make a statement!

We wanted a card that could accommodate two photos of good size and this card was perfect for that. Although there are many cards out there where you can fit numerous small photos, that was not the application we wanted for this year's card. The front of this card displays a photo of our large family and the top inside is a photo of our grandchildren. I can't wait to hear the reaction when it is received. I think it's so good, Cards Direct should use it in their advertisement. Cards Direct were very helpful with the layout and proof and quick to respond to our questions. Strongly recommend company and products.
