Custom printed orders generally take 1-4 business days printing and production time. Shipping time is additional and can take from 1-6 business days depending on the shipping method you choose. The best way to estimate your delivery date and shipping costs is to add an item to your cart and configure your shipping options. Estimated delivery dates do not include product upgrades including addressing services, special instructions, foil imprinting, PMS ink requests, artwork assistance and proof approvals. These items may require additional processing time.
Customers can order up to 3 free stock or custom samples on select products. Stock samples look identical to what is shown online and include default product options. Custom samples include your exact product selections including your selected size, paper stock and unique personalization. Use our editor to create exactly what you want, then add to cart. Most sample requests are delivered within 7 business days. Envelopes are not included with greeting card samples. Should you need more than three samples or if you require expedited shipping, contact our customer support team.
Yes. We offer addressing and mailing services on greeting card and postcard products.
Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada. Standard ground services are unavailable for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Orders to these areas will automatically be set to the most economical expedited air option.

So easy to make the card customized. The card was true to form and so simple and beautiful. Was very pleased with the card. Only downfall I had was the shipping and handling was very high.

better than what I expected

I ordered the lower grade paper so I was not sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised when the cards arrived. I did have one concern though: the verse in the card was missing a period at the end, so I looked at other verses to compare and found that some verses end with a period and others don't. Other than that, I love this card.

We are extremely pleased with the service we received from Cards Direct! There is a wide variety of cards to choose from and the descriptions are accurate and well done. Using their wording and our choice of signature was an integral part of why I chose this company. We received the cards in a short period of time and it was exactly as we had ordered. When the cards were delievered, I realized that I had not ordered enough. I called customer service and told them that I was a few short and that it was my fault. They immediately responded in sending me what I needed, without the extra charge. What company does that? I was so impressed and appreciated the company's quick action in satisfying the customer. I will definitely use Cards Direct in future mailings to my clients.
