Los Angeles Themed Christmas Cards

I had a greeting card that I just loved and which, of course, had been discontinued. It was so easy to scan the card, upload the image, and create the card at cardsdirect. The design process was simple and quick. Within hours of submitting my design and order, I got an email with a proof to approve. Two days later the cards arrive and they are PERFECT! Such high quality paper and envelopes, the image is bright and clear, and everything was well-wrapped. I will recommend this company to everyone I know!

The product quality has been excellent every time that I have used CardDirect's self design Holiday card service. This year I was disappointed with the quality of the card - not from anything that CardsDirect did but because I chose a photo that looked oh so blah! Frustrated with myself, I called the customer service line, explained the situation and asked if I could have the same card printed except use a more vibrant photo that I would provide. The customer service representative reviewed my request and said "Send us the new photo and we'd be happy to remake the card for you - no charge!" This far exceeded what I was hoping for and parallels the Nordstrom customer satisfaction stories that you hear. Great job!

For the third year in a row, we ordered cardsdirect holiday-greeting cards for our company employees. I love how our card from last year was saved in our cardsdirect dashboard. In just minutes, I was able to add a new cover photo, insert a new inside graphic and compose a new holiday message. Done! Ordering was a snap and the cards arrived within a few days.
