We ordered the cards right after Thanksgiving and received them within 10 days time. The cards are lovely! They are a nice heavy weight, easy to fold and the envelopes were good quality with extra included. We're very happy with the product and Cards Direct. We definitely recommend this company and their products.

i was very happy with thye service, as well as the speed in which I received my order. It was great service. A little disapponinted with the pricing, after i did some additional research but it was already too late to change. I am still thrilled at what I did. Thanks, Mel

We loved the design of these cards and were excited about sending them for our team this year. When they arrived, I discovered that we were short 5 envelopes, and that was not a big deal. Customer service shipped them to us quickly. But in the process of signing and addressing, we also found 25 envelopes that had a grey splotch in one corner. Customer service also shipped us more envelopes to cover that, but they had RED foil lining, not gold as the rest of the order. Red lining with a silver/gold card doesn't make sense! We also found more than a few cards where the greeting was printed either crooked or was not centered. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. We've been ordering from Cards Direct for several years and I feel like the QC has been going dowhill. I am unsure whether we will continue to be customers of this company.

This is now the third year of ordering holiday cards from Cardsdirect. Every year, the quality of the product is always impeccable. This year, the customer service that was always very good, proved to be EXCELLENT! CardsDirect is easy to order with, easy to reach, easy to confer with ideas but especially easy to deal with and get resolution when there is a problem. (which was actually our fault) CardDirect did not even hesitate to help rectify our situation. I will never go anywhere else for my holiday cards or any other cards I may need.

I was really happy when I received the cards. They arrived later than was implied by the site so it didn't give much time for correcting anything that was wrong with the shipment. The card was terrific but the envelopes that came with them were of such poor quality and we struggled to keep them sealed. We wanted our cards to look professional and with the scotch tape and glue that we had to use to keep the envelope sealed they looked embarassing. I sent in a note about it to customer service and never heard a word back. :( :( :( :(
