Don't get me wrong - I like the quality and the company. They are actually working right now to fix this. The card is not quite as shown though. The year 2014 appears on the top right corner. The form on this screen shows the form cut off at the word Individual - but the cards I received show "U.S. Individual Income Tax Return 2014" not so great for sending in the year 2016. Customer service is in the process of sending me corrected cards - so I guess this review is still pending till I see the finished product.
