I'm a returning customer and this order was perfect. Very reasonable price for the quality of these cards (thanks cardsdirect for the excellent coupon). Web site is great to customize the cards, fast processing, and even faster shipping.
I was disappointed the color at the bottom of the card (FOR UNTO US A CHILD IS BORN) was not a better red to match the inside writing of card. The color looks burgundy. Red is a Christmas color not burgundy.
I order from you for 5 years and every year there was a problem with the printing. The punctuation and printing of the cards and envelopes had to be done 2-3 times. The envelope quality has gotten cheaper as well. I have tried to give you the benefit of the doubt, but this is the last time I order from you. I always ordered in August to try and miss the Christmas rush, but it didn't alleviate the errors. I tried to support an American company, but you need better people working for you with better quality control! It's a shame....
