I ordered this beautiful card for our clients. This year we decided to have all the employees' signatures printed on the cards, not just the name of the company or the partners. As instructed by a customer service representative, I e-mailed the signatures separately from my online order. After a few days without a confirmation, I called and found out that the e-mail had not been forwarded to the artistic designer. This was resolved, and the cards were delivered shortly thereafter and were perfect. Next year, however, we might make the signatures a different color from the rest of the printing.
