The lady who helped me when I called was wonderful!!!! She understood immediately what I was explaining and knew right away how to correct the problem. I received the cards and they are beautiful. I am a very satisfied customer. You are lucky to have her; and my only regret is that I wrote her name down, but threw the paper away accidentally.
