I had an order of 250 cards. In all of that, there were only about 6 or 7 that were unusable for one reason or another. It's more than I've had in previous orders, but not so much to warrant a refund. Over all they were fine.

The staff at CardsDirect were quick to respond to our request for accommodating our tag line & logo to the return address on our holiday envelopes. Also, our cards and envelopes were received very quickly after ordering. Great company to work with...very professional! Products are of good quality and value!

We are very please with the ease of ordering online with Cards Direct. Support and delivery was very prompt. There was a slight problem with a few of the cards in the embossing stage. I contacted Customer Support and they were very eager to send replacements. Would always recommend Cards Direct!
