I rec'd outstanding service from the Cards Direct Art Department. They were in direct contact with me regarding the quality of the image I supplied. Being worried it wouldn't print well on my card, they asked me to mail a print and they then scanned the picture and sent me a copy for review. I was very pleased that they went out of their way to make sure the quality of the printed card was good. The easy thing to do would have been to use the image I sent and print the card. Thank you for your concern with the outcome of my card.

The quality of the cards was fine. The customer service however, was horrible. This is the second year that we used CardsDirect for our business Holiday cards and we've had similar issues both times. Deliveries did not arrive on time and when we contacted the company to find out the shipping tracking, we found out they hadn't even been printed yet. It took an extra 2 weeks to receive the product than planned. Dissappointed that we were not notified of the delay.
