I ordered a customized version of this birthday card. It was perfect for my business. The version shown in the online editor looked perfect, so I didn't request a draft copy. That was my mistake. When the cards came there was a difference - a missing carriage return - that kind of messed up the appearance. I used their online chat support to work with someone who fixed the problem and shipped me a revised set of cards right away. The second set was perfect. Even though I had not verified a proof, they fixed the problem quickly and at no additional cost to me. I'm very impressed with the quality of the card, but more so with their attention to customer service.

These cards are smaller than normal business style b-day cards, but we still have room for the 10 people in our office to sign them each month for clients. They are festive, fun, and gender neutral.
