We ordered 1,000 cards and were extremely pleased with the quality of the service we got. Out of the 1,000 cards there were 3 missing and 4 where the printing "slipped". I called and spoke to a gentleman at Cards Direct and explained. He asked if they sent 10 more cards and envelopes would that work. When the replacements came they sent extra envelopes in addition to the replacement cards. Thank you Cards Direct for making me "shine" to my boss!
