When we received our first order for personalized Xmas cards we found that the print was too light, there were numerous double images on the envelopes and there was red ink smeared on some cards. The company agreed to send us a second order and they are fine. We have ordered from CardsDirect before and not had these problems and we are pleased that they replaced the damaged cards with a full, new order and, of course, without charge.
