I placed an order and somehow drop shadow printing was selected, although I thought I had not selected it. This feature led to blurring of the print on the green background. I must admit that the people at CardsDirect reprinted the entire order without the drop shadow when my complaint was received, and the outcome was excellent. My only remaining concern is that the proof that you see on the web site is relatively low in resolution, so problems like this can appear without being evident on the proof.
