Pleased with end product, but editing functions and estimated shipping date need work.

I was pleased with the end result, however it would be a lot more customer friendly if the editing tools weren't so unreliable and the templates more flexible in terms of color choice. The other criticism would be regarding the inaccurate estimated delivery of the order. I paid for expedited shipping due to a tight frame, but ended up being delayed a day due to processing time. I was pleased with my courtesy discount, but it definitely put a cloud over an otherwise pleasant experience.

We were looking for a quality card with a quick turn-around. Cards Direct delivered with both. I loved how we were able to customize our message with content, font and color of text. Sending a Valentine's Card to our clients with some "Big Love" was just what we needed to stand out from the crowd.
