Custom printed orders generally take 1-4 business days printing and production time. Shipping time is additional and can take from 1-6 business days depending on the shipping method you choose. The best way to estimate your delivery date and shipping costs is to add an item to your cart and configure your shipping options. Estimated delivery dates do not include product upgrades including addressing services, special instructions, foil imprinting, PMS ink requests, artwork assistance and proof approvals. These items may require additional processing time.
Customers can order up to 3 free stock or custom samples on select products. Stock samples look identical to what is shown online and include default product options. Custom samples include your exact product selections including your selected size, paper stock and unique personalization. Use our editor to create exactly what you want, then add to cart. Most sample requests are delivered within 7 business days. Envelopes are not included with greeting card samples. Should you need more than three samples or if you require expedited shipping, contact our customer support team.
Yes. We offer addressing and mailing services on greeting card and postcard products.
Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada. Standard ground services are unavailable for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Orders to these areas will automatically be set to the most economical expedited air option.

I am in charge of our family Christmas card each year. Year after year, I stand in front of the CVS/Walgreens/Sam's Club kiosks and become infuriated with the blurry and crooked product the machine spits out after an hour. The photo people are usually unhelpful and after a week of this, I finally get a product I am satisfied with. This year, I found cardsdirect.com and will never use another company for Christmas cards again. From the comfort of my home, I was able to choose from hundreds of options, save my rough drafts, and edit the cards to say almost anything. When I received the final product, I was so relieved. The cards were gorgeous! Two of my relatives called me crying, they loved the cards so much! Thank you Cards Direct!

Pictures were very faded...

I loved the card design offered and the quality of the design in terms of the printed product was great; however, the quality of the pictures I inserted was horrible. The pictures came out very faded when they should have been the best part of the card.

I loved this card! Because of the layout that Cards Direct has online, I was able to modify the card and tailor it specifically to what I wanted. My son's first birthday was in January, and as we were so busy at Christmas I didn't send out cards. So, I changed this card up and made it into a "Look Who's One" card! As it was January, I was still able to also include Christmas and New Year's greetings, and everyone LOVED it! The price was excellent as well and I will DEFINITELY be ordering my Christmas cards from Cards Direct next year. The only complaint I have is that there seemed to be a shortage of envelopes, but that could have been the way my specific order was packed. I just used plain business-sized envelopes for the remainder and it was fine. Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with my Christmas card purchase from CardsDirect. I had some issues with my pictures and the customer service reps were wonderful. They contacted me three times to make sure I was happy with the finished product. I will definitely use this service again.
