When my order arrived, I didn't count envelopes, and as I neered the end of the stack of cards I realized I was short 25-30 envelopes. I emailed customer service and I had the envelopes two days later. No charge for shipping. No questions asked. Thanks!

If you are looking to print a full photograph on quality paper and add text to the back, this is the best card out there. Previews are accurate, shipping and quality are high. I have used this photocard for the last 3 years without text on the front, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
