Custom printed orders generally take 1-4 business days printing and production time. Shipping time is additional and can take from 1-6 business days depending on the shipping method you choose. The best way to estimate your delivery date and shipping costs is to add an item to your cart and configure your shipping options. Estimated delivery dates do not include product upgrades including addressing services, special instructions, foil imprinting, PMS ink requests, artwork assistance and proof approvals. These items may require additional processing time.
Customers can order up to 3 free stock or custom samples on select products. Stock samples look identical to what is shown online and include default product options. Custom samples include your exact product selections including your selected size, paper stock and unique personalization. Use our editor to create exactly what you want, then add to cart. Most sample requests are delivered within 7 business days. Envelopes are not included with greeting card samples. Should you need more than three samples or if you require expedited shipping, contact our customer support team.
Yes. We offer addressing and mailing services on greeting card and postcard products.
Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada. Standard ground services are unavailable for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Orders to these areas will automatically be set to the most economical expedited air option.

Our company was going to order Christmas cards this year from another company, only because they had a card we liked and in support of their non-profit mission, but after weeks of back and forth with them, trying to get the layout and details right after sending them our instructions over and over, we cancelled the order. At that point, we decided to go back to ordering from CardsDirect, like we had last year with such success. Within a day the order was finalized and within the week (even with it being the post-Thanksgiving week), we had our order in hand, exactly as requested so we could get our company Christmas cards in the mail in plenty of time to get to our customers and friends before Christmas. CardDirect REALLY has their act together, and provides a quality product. We'll definitely buy from them again. In fact, 2 employees on staff were so impressed they each also ordered their personal Christmas cards from CardsDirect, and loved them!

This card set the right tone for my relationship with my clients -- professional, modern, made with good quality materials. I like the fact the cards can be customized as much as desired. I started with one of the "stock" wording provided by cards Direct but added my own text as well. The system allows you to choose the wording, font, ink colors -- a great fit for our needs.

I ordered these cards for Xmas to support LLS and I was impressed with the quality and speed of delivery. I received many compliments on my customized card and I found the website extremely easy to use.
