The cards themselves were just what I wanted. However, I did not expect to have to fold and flatten them myself - over 300 of them! I also didn't expect them to be shrink-wrapped, with no box to store them in after removing the wrap. Then, the included envelopes were disastrous; I did not know they would have peel-and-stick flaps. I could not use mail merge to print the envelopes, as they just jammed in the printer. I had to purchase address labels and spend time applying the labels.
