Customers can order up to 3 free stock or custom samples on select products. Stock samples look identical to what is shown online and include default product options. Custom samples include your exact product selections including your selected size, paper stock and unique personalization. Use our editor to create exactly what you want, then add to cart. Most sample requests are delivered within 7 business days. Envelopes are not included with greeting card samples. Should you need more than three samples or if you require expedited shipping, contact our customer support team.
Yes. We offer addressing and mailing services on greeting card and postcard products.
Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada. Standard ground services are unavailable for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Orders to these areas will automatically be set to the most economical expedited air option.

Card came out beautifully. Cardsdirect.com had the best pricing versus competitors on this style and also offered free company logo in the signature line. Very pleased with the result. Looks great on the outside and on the inside.

No Garish Greetings

I purchased this card because to me it gives the impression of confidence and class. I wish the card stock was a little thicker, but other than that I was pleased and I received a lot of compliments for sending such a lovely card. However, what I really want to rave about is the great customer service. I was eager to receive the cards so I was carefully watching for them and checking the tracking information daily. As luck would have it ,we had a new UPS guy and he delivered the cards to the wrong address. I knew this fact because the tracking site listed them as "delivered". I tried to call UPS (har har har) and then I called and emailed cardsdirect.com. I received a prompt response with the reassuring message that my "lost" order would be replaced. Luckily, the honest homeowner that received my cards dropped them by the next morning, in time to contact cardsdirect.com and have them cancel the duplicate order. I really felt "taken care of" and I am looking forward to next year.

The cards look great. The only complaint is that I could not use about 10 of the cards as they had some spots across the greeting and a line down the side. The silver envelope liners were pretty and I was very glad that I ordered the self sticking envelopes instead of licking them endlessly!!

I placed the order on a Saturday night. After which I remembered that I had not personalized with my company name. I sent an email to the company, and received a call on Sunday from the company. I had given them the information I wanted on the card, and they said it was not a problem to correct. I received my cards a few days later - without the imprinting that I had requested. The cards themselves were very nice, but it would have been even nicer had they had my company name inprinted.
