Super product and service
This is the second time I have ordered Thanksgiving cards (so much more restful than sending Christmas cards!) from Cards Direct, and I was completely pleased both times. Products are excellent and website shows clearly what they are. (Pay attention to size - larger sizes do cost more!)
The service is peerless. They are helpful and patient whether by phone or on-line chat, and so responsive to your wishes. The brown ink is too rusty-colored - please make it darker. Done! The verse is printed too low on the page - please raise by 3/8 inch. Done! The top line of the return address is a bit off-center - please adjust. Done!
Do remember to ask for an extra box (25) envelopes. Not expensive, and saves a multitude of headaches when you've made a mistake in addressing.
