Custom printed orders generally take 1 - 4 business days printing production time. Shipping time is additional, and can take 1 – 6 business days depending on the shipping method you choose and where you ship to. This means you can usually expect your order to arrive in 2 – 10 business days.

  • Ground: 1-6 business days.
  • 3-Day Shipping: Delivered by end of 3rd day from when your order is shipped.
  • 2nd Day Air: Delivered by end of 2nd day from when your order is shipped. Air shipping must be used by those ordering from Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
  • Next Day Air: Orders sent using Next Day Air usually arrive by 3:00 the day after your order ships.
  • Next Day Air 10:30AM: Guaranteed to arrive by 10:30AM in MOST AREAS the day after your order ships. This is subject to the carriers' delivery schedules and the carriers do not guarantee this service to all areas.
Next Day Air shipping WILL NOT arrive the day after your order is placed. It WILL arrive the next BUSINESS DAY after your order is shipped.
There are some features and requests that require additional processing and production time:
  • Foil Imprinting: Add 1 – 2 business days to manufacture metal foil dies.
  • PMS Ink Requests: Add 1 business day for special ink orders.
  • Special Artwork: Add 2 – 4 business days for some cards with company logos or other artwork that may require pre-press work.
  • Payment by Check: Add 1 – 2 business days for credit approval.
  • Special Instructions: Add 1 – several business days if you request special edits to your card or artwork for pre-press work.
  • Your Approval of Proof: Add 1 – several business days if you request proofs, edits, revisions, etc.
  • Large Orders: Please allow additional processing time for larger orders over 5,000 cards. We recommend you contact our customer support team to assist you with larger orders; we would love to help make your large order absolutely perfect.
  • Can I track my order? You can check the status and track your order using your account login here.
  • Will I receive an email shipping confirmation? When your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking number (if available).
  • What Carrier will deliver my package? We may use UPS, FedEx and/or USPS.
  • Where will my order ship from? CardsDirect has printing facilities throughout the United States. Your order may be shipped from any (or even more than one if you have multiple items) of these facilities depending on stock availability and production capacity. We do our best to print your order at a facility near you, but this is not always possible.
  • Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico: Since these areas cannot be serviced by standard ground services, orders to these areas will automatically be set to the cheapest available Expedited Air option. We apologize but we simply have no way to make exceptions to this.
  • Do you ship internationally? We do not ship internationally at this time. We apologize but we simply have no way to make exceptions to this.
