Production and Shipping
Custom printed orders generally take 1 - 4 business days production time. Please allow 2 - 6 additional days for delivery via UPS Ground. (in addition to production. Please note that special instructions, additional proofs, logos, and very large orders can require additional production time.
Express Shipping is available (3-Day, 2-Day Air, & Next Day Air) for an additional charge.
CardsDirect currently only ships to U.S.A. addresses. Shipping to international locations is not available at this time.
Your shipping costs are calculated on the shipping weight of your order. Each of the available shipping options will be clearly priced for you during the order process, PRIOR to checkout. If you order multiple items, you may receive different shipments on different days.
Return Policy and Quality Guarantee
At CardsDirect, we strive to provide the highest quality products with the best possible shopping experience. Although we attempt to review orders for accuracy, it is not always possible to know the correct name, business, and geographical spellings, or catch information that may have been unintentionally omitted. If there is an error on your order, we will make every effort to correct it.
Our Mistake? If there are any errors or misprints on your order at the fault of CardsDirect, we will reprint your order promptly and reship it to you at no expense.
Your Mistake? Although we make every effort to proofread orders for spelling, grammar, and completeness, we cannot guarantee that we will catch every error. Please carefully proof all text while placing your order and carefully check all email confirmations as they contain important information about your printed order. If your wording gets printed and it contains an error, we will work with you to get your order reprinted promptly and offer any discounts we have available. We cannot issue refunds on custom printed products due to customer typos, omissions, or changed dates, etc.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order for any reason, even if you simply do not like the final product, please contact our customer support team immediately and we will arrange to replace or refund your order. We do not have an official return window at this time but any orders returned after 90 days cannot receive a refund on your credit card; we will send a refund in the form of a check for these orders.
