Just a few points of etiquette to remember:
• If space is limited at the actual ceremony, graduation announcements are a better idea for spreading the news of your achievement.
• Graduation invitations should not be viewed as requests for gifts but often are. If you truly don’t want to receive gifts, you can print “No gifts please” on your invitations.
• You do need to send Thank You cards for gifts you do receive.
• Graduation announcements can be sent before or after the official ceremony.
